She was the Chief Human Resource Officer in Multilinks Telecommunication for seven years.
Prior to joining Multilinks, she had deployed the aforementioned management tools in achieving corporate objectives at various capabilities in different organizations. She has six years’ experience in teaching, twenty six years of HR/Industrial Relations experience in Manufacturing and Service industries, six years and still counting in Consulting..
Holds an executive Master degree in Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution, from University of Lagos, a Bachelor of law degree (LLB) from National Open University of Nigeria (2014), Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Relations, and Personnel Management from the University of Lagos (1990), and Bsc. Chemistry and Education from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile- Ife in 1986.
